He is Certified NLP Trainer from International Coach and Trainer Association (ICTA) and Corporate Coach providing different kinds of NLP based coaching & training in different sectors such as Corporate Sectors, Service Sectors, Education Sectors, Personal Development Sector as well as 1 to 1 Coaching.

He is passionate for helping people by using NLP tools and techniques and coaching models for transforming their personal and professional life with the help of transformation on their thoughts, speech, and behavior. 

He is a founder of Coaching Training Nepal with the slogan of “Transforming personal and professional life.” At the same time he is a co-founder of Club Master: Learning, Earning & Serving Platform for Nepalese around the World.
